If you get an error message on WikiTree, we need your help to fix it.

Internal Server Errors

These are the most serious. If you see a message that says there was an internal server error, please email the WikiTree Team at info@wikitree.com.

Please let us know what you attempting to do when you got the error. Thank you!

Page Not Found: Error 404

This message means that there is no web page at the URL on which you landed. This is usually because a link that you followed needs to be updated.

If you can edit the page or profile on which the bad link appears, please help by correcting or removing the link. See Help:Adding Links for more about how to edit links.

Missing Person

If you get a "Missing Person" message it means that you followed a link/URL that contains a WikiTree ID that does not currently exist. This is usually because a profile was created but later deleted.
